Who we are

PawBreeze is an online store selling pet comfort products within the European Union. Business registration details will be listed here before launch. [LAUNCH BLOCKER: add trade register number, VAT ID and business address before going live — legally required in most EU states.]

Orders and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. A contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive the order confirmation.

Delivery

See our shipping page: free tracked delivery across the EU in 5–10 business days after 1–2 days processing.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see the returns page for the full procedure.

Liability

Our products are supplied for normal domestic use with pets. Always supervise your pet with any new product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any complaint directly — contact us first and we will work it out. You can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
