Orders and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Viva.com (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit and debit cards). A contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive the order confirmation.

Our products are supplied for normal domestic use with pets. Always supervise your pet with any new product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
