14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period via the contact page.

How returns work

• Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you want to return your order.
• Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
• We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the item shows use beyond that, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, EU legal guarantee rules apply: contact us and we will replace it or refund you — return shipping on us.
