This policy explains what personal data PawBreeze processes and why, in line with the GDPR.

What we collect

• Order data — name, shipping address, email and phone number, collected by our payment provider Stripe when you check out. We use this solely to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Analytics & advertising data — only if you accept cookies, we load the Meta Pixel, which records page views and purchase events to measure our advertising. If you decline, no marketing cookies are set.

Who we share data with

• Stripe (payment processing) — sees your payment and shipping details.
• Our fulfilment partner — receives your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
• Meta (advertising) — only with your cookie consent.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by tax law; marketing data is kept no longer than necessary for campaign measurement.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw cookie consent at any time. Contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
