Questions, answered

How does it cool without electricity or gel?

The mat is woven from ice-silk, a smooth fabric that conducts heat away from the body much faster than a normal bed or blanket. Lying on it feels like the cool side of the pillow — continuously.

What size dogs does it fit?

The XL mat measures 100 × 70 cm — plenty of room for large breeds, and smaller dogs simply get more space to sprawl.

Is it safe if my dog chews it?

There's no gel or filling that can leak out, which makes it a safer choice for chewers than gel mats. It's still bedding, not a chew toy — supervise heavy chewers.

How do I clean it?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle and let it air dry. That's it.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery across the EU takes 5–10 business days.

What if my dog ignores it?

You have 14 days to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. That's your legal right in the EU and we honour it gladly.
